Crystals for Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia and Fatigue
Crystals Recommended to help with Anxiety
I have had quite a few enquiries of late asking which Crystals I would recommend for anxiety. Not everyone reacts in the same way with specific types of crystals, so sometimes you need have to try working with a few to see which resonate best with you.
Because anxiety, depression, disturbed sleep and fatigue are often linked together, I have shared below the grid I use when putting together bespoke healing kits for people. This is a combination of what I myself would use, and what is recommended by Judy Hall in her book Crystal Prescriptions. I have stuck with easy to obtain crystals, but there are a few rarer ones that can help also.
I have put them in alphabetical order for you to make cross referencing easier.

Additional information
My personal favourite for stressful times is Lepidolite.
Clear Quartz is an amplifier Crystal so I would definitely put that in any mix, even just as tumblestones, as it will strengthen the effects of the other Crystals.
Post Natal Depression: Rose Quartz and Chrysocolla.
With general depression, I would want to delve a little deeper to find the root of it. For instance, sometimes there are things that are making us angry, sad, disconnected, etc and it is actually by dealing with those issues, which might require different crystals, that we get the added benefit of the depression fading.
Recovering from Trauma: Calcites, Moss Agate, Rose Quartz, Malachite. (I would only use Malachite with someone who has fully committed to working their way through emotional blockages, as this can be quite a deep working, harsh crystal, so you have to be prepared for its effects).
Black Tourmaline helps to sooth emotions caused by trauma
Denial: Rhodochrosite and or Rhodonite. Both help you face the unwelcome, accept they happened, or are happening, and give you the power to deal with the issue. I have mentioned these as denial is often associated with anxiety and depression. It is only by accepting that something has, or is, happening to use, are we fully able to work on finding a way forward.
Chrysocolla is worth a mention here. This will support you by opening your Throat Chakra and let you talk about the turmoil in your heart. It helps to combat fear and guilt – both common emotions associated with anxiety. Helps re-align your physical body with your emotions and your mind, increasing self-awareness and boosting your personal power.
It is also a grounding stone that is useful in meditations and prevents one from feeling like they are “drifting away”, or losing touch with the conscious mind during meditation.
Flint is really good at cutting ties to the past. Tip: you don’t need to buy it – go for a walk and find a nice gravelled driveway – there is probably flint in it! They won’t miss a couple of tumblestones!
I know you all know this, but I feel obliged to point out that Crystals can help, but you shouldn’t just rely on them alone - please see your doctor if you are finding things too hard to cope with.
I hope you found some of this helpful. Love & Light, Rainey
